With compact and reasonable structural layout,acid area ,alkaline area and high cleanness area separated by partition, with small footprint.

4. 先進的400片雙層槽結構,有效提高設備工藝產能。

Advanced 400pcs double-layer bath structure improves the throughput effectively.

5. 工藝槽體采用“定排定補”模式和“時間補液”模式相結合,有效延長藥液使用壽命和減少換液周期。

Process baths combine the “feed & bleed” Mode with“Time Dosing” Mode, extend the bath lift time and reduce the bath change period effectively.

6. 補配液采用槽內與補液罐雙磁致伸縮流量計線性檢測,以及可調節氣閥控流結構,有效保證初配時間和微量精補配液的精度。

Dosing and Make-up adopt linear detection of the double magnatostrictive flowmeter inside the bath and the dosing barrel, as well as adjustable valve flow control structure to ensure the time of initial make-up and accuracy of accurate dosing effectively.

7. 所有與液體接觸材料優化升級,避免材料使用雜質析出。

Optimize and upgrade all materials in contact with process liquid to avoid precipitation of impurities.

8. 采用最新低溫烘干技術,保證槽內潔凈度和溫度控制精度,提高制絨后少子壽命。

With the latest low-temperature drying technology to ensure the cleanliness and temperature control accuracy inside the bath, increase the minority carrier lifetime of solar cells.
